McVicker is the founder and director of Music Works International (MWI), an agency specializing in booking and developing international tours for jazz and world music artists. Throughout her career, she has worked with renowned musicians such as Emmet Cohen, Dianne Reeves, Samara Joy, and Christian McBride.
